Information we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone number, and message.
- Client accounts: if a client has a KBW login, we store name, email, and account activity — appointments booked, care plan details, and maintenance requests submitted.
- Payment info: we never see or store full card numbers — payments are processed by Relay and Cash App.

How we use it
- Respond to messages and quote projects
- Build, deliver, and maintain client websites
- Schedule appointments and manage ongoing care plans
- Track and follow up on maintenance requests
- Send invoices and confirm payment

What we don't do
- Never sell client information
- Never share it outside the small set of tools used to run the business (bank/payment processor, hosting provider), and only what's needed

How long we keep it
Held for as long as we're actively working together, plus a reasonable period for tax and business records. Deletion can be requested anytime.

Your rights
Anyone can ask to see, correct, or delete what we have on file for them — contact us using the information above.

Children's privacy
Our services are for business owners and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

The date at the top of this page updates if this policy changes. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
